Recent course winner Giselles Izzy bids for a quick follow-up in the Racing Profits Returned To Racing Handicap at Hamilton Park on Thursday.

Trained by Iain Jardine, the mare scored by a length at the south Lanarkshire venue on Saturday night and she returns under stable apprentice Mohammed Tabti.

“She loves the track as that last win was the fourth time she has won there,” Jardine said. “She has a 5lb penalty for Saturday but Mohammed’s claims helps to offset that and she’s in great form.”

Rivals to Giselles Izzy include bottom-weight Missterious, a neck runner-up over course and distance 16-days ago, and Astapor, who sprung a massive 200/1 upset at Hamilton Park in 2022.

Pisanello drops a couple of grades in the Welcome To Racing TV Club Members Handicap for Danny Tudhope and David O’Meara.

The Yorkshire raider wasn’t distanced in third place behind progressive Aragon Castle in the Class 2 Almada Mile earlier this month.

And Tudhope-ridden Thunder Run, trained by Karl Burke, looks the one to beat in the Racing TV HD On Sky 424 Novices Stakes.

A €160,000 purchase as a foal, he was an impressive all-the-way winner on his first attempt at a mile at Thirsk last time.
