IAIN JARDINE is expecting a big run from Get Boosting on Hamilton Park’s Saints & Sinners charity racenight on Thursday.
The in-form Dumfriesshire trainer also saddles The Gloaming in the Patersons Of Greenoakhill Handicap over five-furlongs.
Jardine said: “The Gloaming won a couple of runs ago at Musselburgh but Get Boosting ran really well in the Epsom Dash on Derby Day. Conditions underfoot should suit and he should run well even with with top-weight of 10st 6lb on his back.”
Opposition to the Jardine pair is headed by likely market principals James Watt and Ventura Flame who are recent winners at Ripon and course and distance respectively.
The field also features the 47th appearance at Hamilton Park by eight-time course winner Economic Crisis.
Wise Judgment is a short-priced favourite for the Captain J C Stewart Fillies’ Handicap after her recent comeback romp at Beverley.
After that handicap debut success Mark Johnston’s Middleham raider could have most to feat from first-time blinkered Finally Mine, trained just 20 minutes away at Carluke by Keith Dalgleish.
